Definitely my favorite of the up and coming US guys. Definitely wish he was more active at this point in his career.

Is Torrez at this stage ready for say a Joe Cusumano? Jared Anderson? Thoughts.

despite cusmano's flattering win vs kownacki, i think torrez would beat the breaks off him

torrez beat jah in the ams but it's too much of a step right now and top rank would never match them this early anyway when they both have such high potential

Boxing has a problem with making fights for prospects and staging fights. It wasn't this hard 10-20 years ago. I do not blame Torrez for his lack of activity.

Boxing's middle class is disappearing. That is a threat for the fans and prospects alike.

Love this guy. He's a fellow nerd and looks like a grown up version of one of the kids from Stranger Things.

Used one of the 0.1% fighters that can’t be used for the “will get caught when they step up analogy”

pasty american hw prospect = must be next joe messi

messi was probably top 15 or so at his peak and actually won all his steps up, so competitive wise it could've been a lot worse tbh

When he gets paid he's quite durable but from the highlights it looks like a laboured win for Torres. Still at least the ko`s keep coming. He just needs to grow the tash a bit bigger
