I thought he would be at least world title contender when he first turned pro.
It was his natural attributes in a tall man's HW division, and he is a decent boxer/mover with a reasonable chin.
11-3 (on the trot) is not great at all.
Add the juicing cloud over him, and it doesn't look good as far as career trajectory is concerned.
Age is still on his side, I guess.

I still think he could do something. He's need a real motivator in the corner. Teddy Atlas would be the perfect choice IMO.

Was likely heavy on the gear from 18 till when he dodged that test 3 years ago… now that the spotlights on him he can’t take it anymore and is just mentally gone questioning what his body can do without drugs… and aside from the mental side, his body probably feels shit training and fighting too.

That’s what fits this decline.

Hope he gets chinned a few times and retires. That beating he out on Allen was gross and if he was on the gear then he should go to jail for it.

Alllll that said, get him in with Joyce.

the boss of the french boxing federation has had to resign after saying :

"Yoka had needed to be helped, but his head was pushed underwater. How can he come back now, after three defeats? In England, in a fight like this, the local boxer would have won,"

In theory a good retribution match up.
But Joyce would batter Yoka about the ring until someone threw in the towel. And Yoka having a frenchie team, the towel would have come in during Joyce's ringwalk.
There have been plenty of opportunities to get both of them together in what would have been (before three straight losses for Yoka) a headline fight.
Yoka has been steered well clear of Joyce, and I think now the reason for that is clear as day, Yoka sucks.
