Let’s go team. Big fight feeling for this all day yno, didn’t think I’d be this excited until the day.

Just heard a discussion about judges, they said they are:

Chris Wilson US
Steve Gray UK
“Polish British Judge” PL/UK?

The fight about to start is two undefeated prospects who tried to batter eachother at the weigh in, rolling around on the floor and all kinds it was quality

Couple of (with respect) unfashionable Brits on the undercard here.

Hopefully these fights do them good in terms of their ‘fashionability’ before they hit 10 round/title fight level.

I always think a tough fight in the USA or Germany early in a guys career can be a very good thing on the ledger.

To give a few examples Carl Froch fought Henry Porras within his first 10 fights and I think George Groves was around around the 10 fight mark when he fought a good Mexican in California (for some reason the HP Pavillion sticks in my head.) Both really good learning fights and adding in getting used to being in a new country adds another element too.

Dont like to see fighters not shake hands/bump fists after the fight.

It’s always Americans who are sore losers like that as well seemingly.

The Brit showed he can swim in the deep end! Good heart and fitness, now let's see if his talent holds up if moved into domestic class

agrree on the heart, strongly disagree on fitness, he was tired and flailliling and looking to hold as early as the 4th -5th , he just had the mobility and skills still to edge a more limited opponent who couldnt fully take advantage of it.

i think it was a good experience though, this types of fights can help a fighter grow and also give them a reality check that they've still got a lot to work on, especially when it's been all easy sso far

I love having the whole undercard on DAZN for us UK fans. Beats waking up at 3 or sitting about boozing between the GB and the US card.

His fitness showed in the last couple of rounds, he got his second wind, probably burnt up a lot of energy with nerves. He seemed all over the place more because of shock!
