50-50. About as even as you can get.

Holmes would outbox Frazier in the early rounds by scoring with his great left jabs and right hands, then Frazier would try to rally into the fight in the middle rounds by cutting off the ring and working on the body before setting Holmes up with big left hooks. They would both go toe to toe in the later rounds, but Holmes would overwhelm Frazier by scoring more jabs, right hands and combinations on the outside while moving around the ring to take a hard fought split decision.

Frazier wins a close, extremely hard-fought decision.

I see it being a fight where it's something like 8 rounds to 7 with Joe knocking Larry down with a Left Hook for the difference in the outcome.

A late fight KO isn't out of the question for Joe either. Neither is Larry outboxing Joe to a close decision win.

Larry Holmes by split decision. He is not making the mistake that the Greatest did in fight #1 by staying on the ropes. Holmes will use his jab and be a moving target.
