Really? That's very surprising, however, Winky is still a much much bigger man. Oscar is basically a blown up light welterweight, Winky boils his ass down from middleweight. He's packing so much more muscle onto that frame.

Winky has a very long reach, I'd be quite surprised if those measurements were accurate.
