Wilder is an absolute bum. Won't be convinced otherwise

Wilder couldn't have given a fiddler's fcuk about getting beat going off that interview, suggests that's the end of the road for him. The lack of urgency was baffling to be fair. Happy for Joe, good guy.

Yes , but he'll probably lose to Usyk .

Wilder took that one overhand really well, and my main takeaway from this fight is how much of a factor Fury's weight was. You could also apply that to Joyce wearing Parker down with constant work.
As we keep saying, the Usyk-Fury ref is the most crucial pick in years.

Yh he’s made his money. He won a world title which he defended 10 times. He has a good run for whatever it was worth..

Fury's 2nd and 3rd best wins massively devalued.

Eddie Hearn is so happy in that interview.

This is the first time I've ever backed him, and got 8/1 on it

That is good for AJ as it means if he wins vs Wallin he can fight Hrgovic for the vacant IBF title when the belts fragment in the new year

wilder's record vs top 10 opponents is barely a winning one, like 4-3-1. he beat up enough soft stuff you had people really believing he was some sort of hall of famer, #2 of the generation fighter

Wilder was always bang ordinary skill wise, I think fury robbed him of confidence. Parkers nothing special and easily contained him.

Yes, I think that was probably in the plan, now brought forward one fight. Unless we get another upset tonightGeorge_Jones88 wrote: ↑23 Dec 2023, 19:09 That is good for AJ as it means if he wins vs Wallin he can fight Hrgovic for the vacant IBF title when the belts fragment in the new year
Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Joshua vs. Otto Wallin | PPV - 23 December 2023
Wilder had been taking Ayuhuasca (sp?) in the desert !
I'm glad he's happy, but that's no preparation. Well done JP, but Deontay was terrible tonight.
Aj gonna look great now and confirm himself as clear no.3...
Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Joshua vs. Otto Wallin | PPV - 23 December 2023
I’ve never liked Wilder, always thought his record was ridiculously padded.
But anyone would have to give him credit for eating up that right hand shot. You can fool people into believing you’re blessed with world class boxing skill, but that chin needed to be legit.

Absolutely this , you could see from the first bell his confidence was shot .jamesmcdonnell wrote: ↑23 Dec 2023, 19:10 Wilder was always bang ordinary skill wise, I think fury robbed him of confidence. Parkers nothing special and easily contained him.

Because boxing is 98% mental, and 2% something else but I forget.
Re: Round-by-Round: Anthony Joshua vs. Otto Wallin | PPV - 23 December 2023
Is there a possibility that Parker is better than anyone he ever beat? Ortiz has never proved himself to be a top level. His next best win are pretty much journeymen.
