Yet he has been lauded as some kind of great this week….

And as for Wallin, he was lauded as some 50:50 threat on the basis of cutting Fury… he still lost pretty much every round.
nah wallin aside from horribly cutting fury also hurt him in the 12th and won some rounds. i posted links to the round by round here and also a scoring site, and many gave him 4-5 rounds. i gave him 4. and fury in addition to the huge cut had a smaller one and a big black eye, it wasnt just one shot. at the time many considered fury the #1 hw in the world so giving him some problems earned wallin some respect.

further, fury couldnt hurt wallin and really didnt budge him much, making him look decently tough compared to whyte and deontay '5 knockdowns' wilder

good performance by josh to not lose 10 seconds against a guy who gave trouble to fury. some people were on wallin, but pretty sure josh was still a big fave?
i expected AJ not to have any real problems with Wallin as he's not a puncher. was impressed all the same with the performance - I like this AJ. just need to see it against Hrg

How much blood money did Mark De Mori get paid to come out and fall over again in the first round , he says his manager said how much money do you want for a big fight at really short notice, name it, cuz I can get you more.

The Fury who fought Wilder in fight 2 or 3 and fought Whyte would dominate Wallin, What does Wallin bring to the table?

There was only 5 months between Wallin fighting Fury and Fury fighting Wilder the second time ... do you seriously believe Fury would have learnt enough in the 10-12 weeks max with Sugar Hill to have then dominated Wallin straight after?
Yes, look at the different strategy he utilised vs Wilder in the second fight. He went from not denting (but outboxing) Wilder to completely dominating. Why couldn’t he have done the same vs Wallin?

does anyone know what he and others on the card got paid? I heard £8 for AJ but no others. Really interested to hear whatp people got paid, esp Zorro and Arthur. And are purses ever elevated if the person wins? Thanks in advance.
