never seen this, is it a good film? I've seem most films with Emily Watson and Brian Cox in as massive fan but not this.

Its....okay like, it's made for Hollywood but not Green Street pandering bad, simplistic (at the fight they have the protestants all in "union flag face" and catholics/republicans all in "tricolour" face so we know who's fighting who when it all kicks off, so it's not the most politically nuanced portrayal ) but there's some good fights, worth a watch, obviously throw in a bit of McGuigans own experiences, in one scene Danny is boxing for an English promotion and is encouraged to keep hitting a boxer out on his feet and walks out of the ring in protest

Green street was awful. The flashback to the 89s cracked me up though - same characters all with big Kevin keegan perms.
