12 rounds.
Re: Luis Ortiz vs. Tyrell Biggs
King Kong Ortiz wins big, IMO. Most likely he scores a later round stoppage. The action would be competitive but Luis would always stay ahead on the scorecards.

Probably ortiz, Biggs like problem undermined his career
Re: Luis Ortiz vs. Tyrell Biggs
Either Biggs take a decision or Ortiz's southpaw style attack would overwhelm him to take a TKO win in 10 rounds.
Re: Luis Ortiz vs. Tyrell Biggs
King Kong Ortiz wins this fight without a doubt. Over the course of a decade, Ortiz proved himself to be one his era's truly elite heavyweights, easily a level or two better than Biggs. The only question is what's the nature of Ortiz's victory - KO or decision - and how the action unfolds.
We're talking about the Biggs of 1986-87, when he seemingly fought his best heading into the Tyson debacle, in which he was totally destroyed although that says nothing unfavorable about him. The peak Tyson, after all, could eat almost anyone for lunch.
How good was the peak Biggs? I don't know. As I recall, there was lots of talk that he seemed inconsistent, and that he had some kind of problem - maybe mental - preventing him from fighting at peak ability. I seem to remember that he struggled with some of his foes, such as David Bey.
My guess is that Ortiz dominates Biggs and stops him sometime around the eighth, or wins a wide UD.

Ortiz. I think it's closer than some but a clear win.
