Hide was a bit of a maniac at HW - actually, let's be honest he was a whole heap of maniac/fruitcake - so this actually hangs in the balance for me.

Hide had the hand and foot speed, plus some power, to potentially stiff Messi early but he could also have got nailed heavily himself and tended to always dumbly fight like a guy 30-35lbs heavier than he actuallly was and with a better chin.

He went right at Vitali and Bowe and got nailed to the floor......and Hide was not a patient guy or a good Plan B merchant. I can see him coming out hitting against Messi and just seeing where the dice fell.

But then again Messi was not Bowe or Vitali in terms of sheer size-height or just delivering sickening jabs from a safe distance and blocking shots on their long arms. Messi would have to go into the trenches.

It feels like a cracking fight tbh.....Hide's speed, decent power and risky-lunatic impatience against Messi's brawling and very industrious style. But Messi is never holding the ace of being a huge guy like Vitali or Bowe.
