Jake Paul calling out Mike Tyson.

Post by MasterG »

Youtuber Paul is calling out Tyson for a fight that he believes would make them 245m. Would this sort of money temp Mike to lace em up. Imo Tyson wouldn't need to train for this kind of match up and 245m is a tempting figure.

Jake has zero decorum, but I'm sure it would sell. Sadly.

Tyson would destroy him. I think Mike would fight him for 200 million. Although he’s very wealthy again with his weed business so might not be arsed.

Sadly I don't think he will, he is an old man.

Dear oh dear.
I'm afraid that so many people are really out of touch with reality when they talk about Mike Tyson.
If they were to box today and it was a real match, Jake Paul would win and win big.
Obviously Mike Tyson when he was still Mike Tyson would smash Jake Paul in round one, but the guy that we have today isn't Mike Tyson anymore.

He might not br Iron Mike Tyson but he's still Mike Tyson(unless he changes his name like Ali did).

Mike could still KO him if he can reach him in the first 2 rounds. But thats a huge if. I'd hate to see it and it would be demeaning. Jake Pauls bubble is burst and the best thing to do is ignore him and his potentially fixed fights.

Unfortunately if the money generated is near what they claim then I wouldn't be surprised if Tyson agreed to it. At the end of his career Tyson was getting knocked around by guys he wouldn't have used as sparring partners and that was going on 20 years ago. As much as you'd like to think he would steamroll Jake Paul the reality is he doesn't have age, fitness or reflexes on his side. The ability to take a punch goes too, especially when you are not taking them on a regular basis.

Nobody is turning down a couple of hundred million.
Paul seems to be very fair and trustworthy with the money too.

Tyson will get his ass kicked badly if its a real fight. He would be blowing out of his ass after 1 round these days, he smokes industrial quantities of week, and is an old man.

If it happens, I doubt mike would take it on unless it's an exhibition bout.

Hasn't everybody that draws breath called out Mike Tyson in the last 6 months? I guess him releasing that footage of him punching a Heavy bag brought him back that kinda attention.

I don't really see why he'd need to do this as I think he's making plenty of money now.

But is 245m dollars tempting for any ex boxer such as Tyson?

Tyson looked oddly good against Jones. But yes, he would get hurt in this match up. Presumably too wise now to bother.

That’s a figure likely only 5-6 boxers have come close to making in their entire career. Any prizefighter who doesn’t have much cash left would jump at it.

Tysons hit the big time with his cannabis business. He’s regarded by millions as one of the greats. That’s what might stop this. However one thing I’d say is, he can see right through the likes of Paul as far as them being boxers. They have very little talent or skill really and most of the fights they are involved in have had a fixed feel to them.

Mikes just come off the back of successfully training Ngannou to almost beat up the former No1 heavyweight, in his debut.

It’s clear the man’s a vault of boxing knowledge if you watch how he teaches. I think if his fist connects with either Paul’s jaw then their off switch clicks.

The idea of watching a young lad in his prime fighting a close to 60 year old man me feel a bit sick.

Tyson would get absolutely smashed to bits. He's a 60 year old man. Jake Paul isn't very good at boxing, but he's young and fit.
20 years ago, Tyson was getting battered by men he'd've annihilated in 30 seconds even a few years earlier.

It would be depressing as fornicate, and enraging watching Paul celebrate at battering an old pothead.

He had nothing to do with training him? Wasn’t part of the team?

Jake Paul would win this. Mike is veryyyy very old.
But it would truely be disgusting. Just can’t happen.

Iv had to remind people of this befor…
Mike Tyson was bad 18 years ago… that’s 18 years to get worse… Mike Tyson’s prime was over 30 years ago…

Time is real…
