Panin wins a UD, had him ahead 97-93, unforgettable fight, no drama, knockdowns or any talking points, Toler lacked urgency, took too long to get his punches off and play counter, Panin busier, walked forward and was more active, he didn't land much eye catching but used the jab well, competitive rounds, hard to score but didn't catch fire
