So what are you basing the 68" on...what sources?

The previous stuff that you have tried to claim about Marciano having 50 pro fights and such is total bullshit, so why should anyone take you serious now...and we're sure as hell not going to take your word for it, but for every source that you present Marciano as having a 68" reach I gurantee that I can produce a counter source that lists him at 67"

As to the others claims, well you don't sound schooled enough in research to me to bew taken serious...now maybe if you could present some sources to back the claims then maybe you will be taken a little serious, but you have showed nothing so far to merit any seriousness from the database editors!

Keep this up and kovit will be ordering a height check from silkov and we will be redrawing the height parameters on Rocky as well. And how do we know where this one inch shortchanging will end?

Maybe what you really hope to accomplish is to re-calibrate or "downsize" Rocky's reach to 50" Indeed maybe that was your insidious plan to begin with. Trying to throw us of the track with your 50 fights diversion? You have to get up pretty early in the afternoon to get away with something like that around here.

The next thing you'll be claiming is that Ezzard Charles is better than Archie Moore or that Hagler could beat Monzon...or maybe even that Aaron Pryor is an all time great.......well maybe I went to far with that one. But we are keeping a sharp eye on your claims and dealings. A very sharp eye.

Rocky Marciano was 6'3" and had an 82" reach.

He just looked short on film cause it was all recorded in widescreen

rocky is a good example of a fighter with an incredible disadvantage in reach being able to use it to his advantage. rocky proved longer reach does not mean better.

rocky literally gave up at least 5" reach to his opponents in every fight, including his early ones where he fought tomato cans

Actually, the reach listed on boxrec is a typo... Everyone know's it's actually 57" not 67".

I am going to clear this up once and for all...not only was Marciano 6' 3" with an 82" reach...he was French/Cajun as well and kept the rock hard physique from a special type of Jambalaya passed down through the Marciano clan!
