Burns is tougher than most people give him credit for. He lasted 14 rounds with Johnson. He only was stopped once.
I do not think Qawi would stop burns, but I expect Qawi to brutalize Burns for 15 rounds winning a UD

incidentally, welterweight conor benn weighed more on the day of his last fight than burns did on the day of his HW title fight vs jack giant johnson
