I'd prefer Joyce to retire but, if he is going to carry on then I don't have any problems with a confidence restoring fight like this one. He has shirked no one in his career and those two fights against Zhang were tough to watch, especially their rematch.

Notwithstanding that I'd like to see him retire, I hope Joyce beats Ali and then lands a bumper pay day in Saudi.

Joyce`s team picking Kash Ali might well suggest that he's been broken by those two stunning losses to Zhang. It's such a drop in levels it's embarrassing. Maybe Joyce loses this too?

Joyce just has to get back to winning ways and then he’s highly ranked enough that he can get in on the Saudi money. You'd be an idiot to forego that.

If they named Joyce v Big Baby Miller as the third fight down on a heavyweight card similar to the last AJ card we’d all be looking forward to watching bombs fly.

The board better not block Dacres - Adeleye.

Very good effort from Frank again, as long as it pretty much stays together, I will go to this show.

they shouldn't if Adeleye attends any hearing and has the grace to apologise. He's shown a distinct lack of it thus far.

Surely a decent pay day and the prospect of being straight back in the British mix if he wins will be enough. That’s assuming an apology is all that’s needed and not the board blocking it on the grounds he lost his last fight.

And the more days that tick by the less likely it becomes as he’ll want a long camp with the fight locked in.

I don't think he needs a long camp, he's getting schooled by Sol. Adeleye's hype train thoroughly derailed.

Joe needs a win after taking back to back beatings and he deserves an easy one. After he pounds on Ali, he should rematch 3D.

aww man, hope it's Boxrec not being up to date rather than it not happening. I know they were waiting on BBBoC approval in light of Adeleye acting like a nob towards the ref when he fought Wardley.

Hope he wins well. Would be great to see him vs Hrgovic or Bakole.

I think that's the only Kash Ali fight most of us have seen.
I wasn't keen for more after that.

Was a good prospect but his career has been a bit meh. He's never really been able to be a full time pro. Used to be an Ingle fighter. He missed the presser as he had work. Clearly a money fight for him but he's not rubbish. Regarded well as a good sparring partner. Been inactive due to hand injury.

Thanks Sean,
It was his ring antics in that fight with Price that I wasn't chomping at the bit to see more of.

I thought he was deserving of a ban.
Shameful.

I agree, definitely worthy of a ban, zero excuse for that. Price was more gracious than I'd have been regarding it. Ironic that he chose to bite one of the nicest chaps in the sport. He's sounded purely ashamed of it since, thankfully.

He had training footage on his instagram saying 'getting ready for the 16th March' on it and I messaged asking but he just replied saying 'should be.'

Hopefully he gets a decent fight.

Ali was a good prospect once, Ingle-trained. Tyan talks about Ingle Sr taking him, Ali and Wood to Nottingham and making them spar in the city centre!

Won't be on this card though I don't think. Although Pierce O'Leary is fighting on it and his opponent actually looks respectable, very "vacant IBO" type opponent.
