Suggestion Box Thread

Post by BoxBuzz »

Crease and I will be overseeing the festivities:

This thread is a place where we can consider suggestions, converse and hopefully sort ongoing communication. I want to baby the software as much as possible, and in order to do so we may not be able to satisfy many requests for this first season. Please be forgiving.

I had intended for Crease and I to choose our fighters at what I called the "turnaround". That place where managers begin choosing their second fighter. So Crease and I will choose now, unless Crease elects to wait to the end.

1. I have chosen Maxie Rosenbloom and Jimmy Bivins.

I remember my very first season of the sim was a HW season all fighters that could be chosen were from a ratings of 12 and below. IIRC Riddick Bowe managed by Buzz ended up being the fighter of the season. If all goes well for this season perhaps we could do a season like that in which we can only choose fighters with ratings of 12 and below. Just a thought. Maybe an idea for a second weight class if we were to do 2 weight classes in one season or something.

No worries! Your fighters are invited for as many socks as you and your recurring stable are willing to absorb. In fact, your stable is cordially invited to the second Clobberfest of the season in event #2. However, I'm quite sure it will be left up to a group of volunteers to pick up the socks you and your stable discard as you flee the arena, as your stable can't run nearly as fast in socks. So I imagine my proposed Clobberfest II will not take place.

Kevo, your reputation is what it is, no pop and all fizz.

A clobberfest is EXACTLY what you’ll get, so don’t come crying to me when your cans gets dropped like a pair of saggy pantyhose.

If you fighters would just hold still, I imagine a clobberfest could take place. With you and your stable, it's a bit more like a 50 yard dash, with your stable running for the ropes, jumping over and forcing the fans to push the KevoKlowns back into the ring. Over and over again this has been the tale of the tape when it comes to clashes between the Goldenbuzz Galaxy of Stars vs the Kevo Klowns.

But nevertheless, we are in agreeance. I'll just Have Maxie and Jimmy focus on Roadwork vs Sparring....so's we'll be ready for the mad dash around the rings.

This week, we would like to suggest that BoxBuzz STOP giving his fighters the good stuff...
desist immediately, it is most unsporting...
Either that, or pass the juice around, baby...

Disclaimer: Despite the above statement, we in the Thatchroof barn in no way condone the use of Performance Enhancing Drugs and we recognise it as a form of cheating... Which we never do.
Everyone knows that when we cheat, we cheat fair.

Thank you and please don't feed the pigeons...
