2 short notices this week, gents:

1. Tommy L and Tunney fight was rein-checked for a short while, but will be posted soon (hopefully)

2. The Lineal Belt cannot be fought for until Week 8 (at the earliest possible opportunity) and to do so - the Manager in question must bring something to the table for a fight like that, his World Championship. Now you know.

Gentlemen John won't mention the fact that Slappy Maxie got stronger as the fight went on and was probably juicing (he's too much of a gent for that), so he wishes him well and instead looks at Sam Langford as good challenge for this week, both men coming off an Loss - seems fair.

Billy "King" Conn enjoyed watching Michael Moorer fighting last week and thinks it could make for an exciting matchup in styles - the boxer vs the puncher.

I believe Mr B. Buzz requested a clobberthon, and I aim to deliver!

Can ‘Slack’ Maxie solve ‘The Riddle Of The’ Spinks?

Is it a given that Bivins will be cut to ribbons by Gibbons?

Tune in to BRS week 2 to find out!*

I would have preferred
Rosenbloom+Bivins vs Spinks, which would have left
Bivins+Rosenbloom to face Gibbons.

But you just rushed right ahead......My fighters work better in tag team style. But have it your way.

Rumours are abound that Mr Bonanza Bob' Stardust & Mr H Johnson, a fine winner in his previous bout, exhibiting his fine boxing skills and devastating power, are targeting another 'unbeaten' fellow, The Brain Trust's very own Mr Robert Fitzsimmons.

Initial reports from insiders indicate that The Brain Trust are reluctant to pursue this 'option' as it stands, given how impressive Johnson was in his previous bout.

We understand, 'an offer' has gone in and is pending a Brain Trust's official response.

Bonanza Bob' went on the record to announce his and Betty Boop Promotions frustrations in finding a suitable opponent for 'Mean' Gene Tunney.

Mr Stardust was quoted as saying, 'Hey, we lost a close fight and yet, no-one wants to step up.....'. He further added, 'We need to keep Gene busy and are looking a host of names, as it stands'

BHop will take on Bob Foster, if that is your wish Armageto.

RJJ is open to offers, otherwise he will run it back with Antonio Tarver.

Sign it up and good luck, both guys need their season first W!

That leaves left Loughran, if anybody listed there is interested.

Actually change his backup to Bobby Czyz, who is 1-0 this season.

Fitzsimmons accepts the challenge of Mr. Johnson.

Ezzard Charles will be taking on Joey Maxim this week.

Maxim was the 1st ever client for the BrainTrust, and he represented us with mediocrity. Something I've never appreciated.

Technically 3.

Moore made his fight the post prior. Everybody is off Loughran's list, so it looks like Czyz is the week 2 opponent.

Archie Moore's opponent does not exist in the inventory. There is a Corbett with a different first name...please clarify!
