Wow! Look how big and strong and muscly Harrison is! He looks at LEAST 2 divisions bigger and stronger than his opponent in there!

Many of you guys have said this crap about Harrison for years now, and I'm still not sure any of you realise what the hell it means. We'll see how Harrison's much touted Herculean strength helps him this time around against an even better opponent than the guys he's struggled with and lost to before.

Surely Harrison would be big underdog here, atleast 4/1.

I cannot see him winning this. His best chance is to start fast and get inside, but even Pacquiao did this but still Marquez recovered great and boxed perfectly for the last 1/2 of the fight and made Manny look silly in the 6th.

I don't buy Harrison is so much stronger, 2 weight divisions bigger? They both been fighting at 125 for their whole careers. Sure Harrison has the height and reach advantage but I can't see it making much difference.

As i said JMM would start favourite, but i don't see it as one -sided as alot of people on here, The one thing that this fight hinges on, is Harrison fully fit? if he is then he can win. But he would have to give the performance of his career.

Harrison has become so one dimensional its untrue. I think it was around the time of the McCullough fight that he stopped boxing and just became this one dimensional robot who tries to plough forward and outstrength everyone. Sorry guys but Marquez has way too much finnesse for that sort of thing to work. Harrison may have a size advantage but he will be picked off easily when he marauds forwards. If he changes his tactics now which I don't expect I can't see him outboxing Marquez either, no chance!

I've seen lots of Marquez but cannot remember if he is a fearsome body puncher of not. Has he got many KO wins from body punches.

I've always thought the beer belly was a weakness (j/k).

Don't recall him being a big body puncher, but he seems to do most things well. He's got the combination of toughness, slick boxing skills and when needed enough power to stop someone in their tracks.

He really gave Manny some fearful licks in their fight which took away any of idea of walking him down.

Harrison signing up with Braveheart promotions does not seem like a very ambitious move. No doubt they have played the family friend card and taken advantage of Scott when he was at his lowest. I think that Peter Harrison would prefer to be with a management team who don't ask too many questions. Peter was basically in deniel about Scott's behaviour. By all accounts they were bullshitting Maloney about Scott going to Belfast right up to the 11th hour. Peter really needed to give Scott a good kick up the arse a long time ago. I think Barry Hughes will find out pretty quickly about the harsh realities of boxing management if Scott goes off the rails again. Warren would dump him in a second. Could you see Braveheart putting on Scott-JMM? No, either could I.
Scotts in Belfast now and has gotten back in touch with his Catholicism. Hopefully he stays away from the demon drink and the little prick neds who were dragging him down in Glasgow.
I'll be cheering him on at the Braehead and hope he comes out all guns blazing. He has the power and strength to cause anyone problems. However I'll believe that this fight is happening when I see it.

There is no evidence to suggest that Terdsak is better than Harrison. None at all.

I'll grant you that. But I'd say John is better than Harrison, at least at this moment in time. And Max did ask if either Terdsak OR John were better.
