great to hear Spud, I've followed him since he'd had 2 fights as he's only up the road from me, he'd doing well managing Stevi and Joe Hayden. He has definitely underachieved, seems happy now he's got a family and 2 kids though. I don't think he takes a penny for training/managing them either.

You don't go to a beaten-up horse to get predictions on races, do you? Most (former) boxers have no clue what they are watching on an objective level. It's just emotions for them, and I'm not blaming them for it.

Didn't he also claim DeGale lost to Groves only because of his skin color? Clueless, just talking out of emotion with no understanding of what's really going on in the ring.

Dave's thoughts have lots of knowledge and substance behind them.
