It WAS early, but only by a few seconds and because we wanted to see a bit more battering.

Kurb didn't complain - he was outclassed and had nothing to trouble Mad.

Madrimov was class tonight, systematically broke Kurbanov down with pressure, busy with the jab/right hand, calm but hurtful, was hitting the body, following Kurbanov around, liked his left hooks as well, really well schooled, the rights were landing with more regularity by the 5th and Madrimov hurt Kurbanov with a huge overhand right then was nailing him with repeated rights when ref jumped in, Kurbanov was busier just before Madrimov got him out of there, no complaints from Kurbanov, thought it was a bit quick at first

punishment wise it was earlier than youd expect........he was losing but not really taken a sustained beating or majorly hurt or down ........it was just a few follow up shots by that point and not some big spell yet. but he looked like a guy who knew he was in with a superior fighter and that it wasnt gonna go his way

The Uzbek lads have been bought on bloody fast by Eddie to be fair.

Akmadaliev (sp) was there in the background and I think he won a World title in something like 7 fights and now Madrimov in his 10th or 11th fight.

How good is it having a card with this depth on at prime time on a Friday evening, very rare occurrence but quality.

Costello mentioned it, 12 rounder in his 6th fight. Proper fighters these lads.

Definitely, MJ was unified champion in under ten fights, beat Roman.

Fvck it irritates me how much charlo/canelo fucked 154 div.

-would love to see madrimov vs vergil ortiz jr . although i want ortiz jr to have 1 proper 154 fight first.

-Tim tszyu is surely in the "why would i fight that guy" senario(unless its biggg bucks in aus, or megggga bucks in the middle east).

-Charlo is a myth

In summery... madrimove should fight the WBC champ next (whoever that is between fundora and the ukrainian). But thats also who Tim tszyu should fight.... and i think tims more likely to get it...
