AJ is the second best British boxer ever. But there is a bit of a gap between him and Lewis, and not much of a gap between him and Fury.

I assume you mean heavyweight.

We'll find out the order of 2 and 3 behind Lewis hopefully.

Only Hearn said that. He's feeling like he's back in business after a recession.
They said it in the Sky studio too once

Yes of course. In response to Eddie's bullish claim.

I sort of think Joshua would do the same to Zhang, if they fought.
Orat least break his hand trying.

Enough is enough with these novelty fights. Do we need to wait for someone to get killed, or more likely... sued.

Maybe he's been drinking. He probably deserves to be punished regardless.

Well done the WBC ratings committee/Suliman for ranking Ngannu in their top ten.

Great night for AJ! I don’t put any stock in it making him the best. He has had quite a few uncomfortable moments and been written off a few times. Really tough coming back from two Usyk losses (neither very close). What it really says all boxers match up different. Ali beats Foreman, Frazier beats Ali, Foremen decimates Frazier. Norton can be added to that example as well:

To be fair to Ngannou, prior to tonight he dropped and came close to out pointing the liner and WBC and Twitter heavyweight champion.

Lots of surprise that Ngannou couldn’t hold a shot because he’s never been put down in MMA with 4oz gloves or from kicks to the jaw.

The difference is timing.

You can't do more than what he did with the opponent tonight. Devastating. Keep him active!

Fury said straight after the fight tonight that the Joshua match wasn't in his sights.
I'd still like to see it, win or lose against Uysk, its still the biggest British HW fight to be made this century.

Fury will find his excuses to not go near him.
He looked and sounded shook afterwards, his usual lines not being delivered with full confidence.
He had that same wide eyed shocked look he had when Ngannou knocked him down. :o

He's a pikey tramp, there all mouth until you put it on them then they hide. Just like his dad.

AJ will flatten him, which is why he'll never box him. Fury is all talk no action like most pikeys.

Be a long time until Fury is free anyway.
Uysk, then possibly a rematch with Uysk - that's 2024 gone...
