i think by this point the issue isnt proving the fight actually happened..........clearly something on the administrative side, i dunno what

The bout isn't missing. For some unspecified reason, it's listed as "SUB-pro" thus messing up the fighters' "Box-pro" records and their ratings (as of now, Rakhimov, who lost, is listed at #4 in BoxRec's super featherweight ratings and the winner, Nunez, is listed at #36).
