DiCaro, has BIBA ever licensed a boxer to compete without a brain scan?
scans and Medicals are part of licensing process so that scenario should never occur
However we did have a situation where we were supplied Medicals for an opponent who was overseas licensed and discovered they were fake which concerned us that perhaps that had happened previously
By the way we also informed Robert Smith as knew that the same matchmaker had boxers on bbbofc events regularly as feel it’s important to share important information and findings such as this

Tough one this for me. In theory government intervention sounds good. Then you think of where government intervention can lead and its a bit like that could be worse.
I worked in local government for over a decade and sometimes concluded our intervention made things worse.
I don't think government intervention in certain sports such as boxing would be beneficial at all. There are certain topics that the UK government won't get involved in at all purely through their own best interests. At the end of the day our governments are only interested what will get them into power so they will please what they believe voters want to get them brownie points.
One example imo that neither government will get involved in is capital punishment.
Another example that a government could act on is boxing. I think there could be a debate in the Commons whether boxing should be banned, but, bring in the death of a young boxer would certainly fuel the debate and a certain section of UK voters which would be delightful to a party in power.

Elle Coulsen needs to switch to the BBBofC female world champion & earning journeyman purses , she has talent & it’s getting wasted on these BIBA cards .
Harsh. If she's happy with BIBA and has a world ranking surely that's good?
Boxers join who ever they want, it's their reasons at the end of the day.
Sophie Varley is/was another female we could mention. Tough little lass who was on BIBA shows. Her choice.

Artur Ellinson, who was the President of the BDF, who were one of the parties involved in the case, left the BDF following Boxrec removing BDF records following an argument between their UK representative and Boxrec. This left the case in limbo and was eventually dropped.

Government leave well alone.
There is an APPG - All Party Parliamentary Group - on Boxing, it has 9 members, 2 members of House of Commons and 2 Members of the House of Lords. It's chaired by Imran Hussain who does talk about boxing a lot and is involved a bit in Bradford with it. He is quite a decent chap from my limited knowledge.
like all APPGs they're convened to discuss matters of importance, and produce reports, but they can be seen as a bit of a talking shop. They've produced reports etc like this https://www.englandboxing.org/wp-conten ... Boxing.pdf but don't necessarily lead to much change.
They remind me of scrutiny reports in local government, talk a lot and write a report but change less so.

It shouldn't, thats correct. But you have done it. No not an overseas boxer, a BIBA 'licensed' boxer.

Nothing to do with the law practice that you kept claiming you were using having closed down many years before?
