TCraw’s career has been irritating. However, like FMJ before him, he has accomplished plenty while minimizing the health risks. If he retired today, I would applaud the decision.
It is too late for TCraw to realize his true potential. He will be 37 soon. He should target the biggest paydays from here on out, if he doesn’t retire.
I suppose that he is working on adding weight to go after 154, 160, and potentially Canelo in Fall of 2025: Tszyu, Charlo/Alimkhanuly, Canelo.
Then retire.
So who does everyone want next for Crawford?
Re: So who does everyone want next for Crawford?
I'm hearing nothing exciting about Terence Crawford.
All the key fighters seem to be going in a different direction.
Might lead us back to Errol Spence.
Crawford hasn't capitalize on the win as much as I thought he may do.
Fight was July 2023 against Spence, it's mid March 2024 let's get it moving.

What are his options ?
Guessing he wants big names or current names.
Canelo is the obvious choice but that means moving up at least two weight classes.

If I were Crawford.
Focus on his division, one above and everything below.
The fights will come to him if he does that.
But sitting around isn't doing him any favours.

Re: So who does everyone want next for Crawford?
Just cant beat a fight atmosphere in Ireland or Scotland and obviously, winning his first world title would maybe make him a bit biased too, but he had nothing but great things to say about how he was treated in Scotland, from his taxi driver wishing him luck but saying sorry pal gotta go for Ricky I'm scottish, he said to his surprise a lot of Scottish people would banter with him but never be hostile, they would shake his hand and say hope you but stay safe no matter what happens
As Terence said :They showed me some class, and they knew who I was
Re: So who does everyone want next for Crawford?
I don't know I think he annihilates anyone on that list
Re: So who does everyone want next for Crawford?
I want to see him fight Boots Ennis and retire.

Crawford is supposedly going to fight against the winner of Tsyzu-Fundora.
That's what I've heard, recently.
It wouldn't surprise me if it doesn't come to fruition though.
Crawford-Ennis would be the ideal bout, for the fans.
I think that stylistically, Crawford would have more difficulty versus Fundora, but I think that Tsyzu will beat Fundora.
I think that Crawford would Tko Tsyzu in the slightly later rounds(8th or 9th round likely).
Crawford would probably win a rather sloppy looking decision versus Fundora.
Crawford-Ennis is the very Best bout amongst this entire scenario.
I'm almost at 50-50 with them two. I still slightly favor Crawford though. I tend to think that he'd likely win a very narrow decision. It'd certainly be a very thrilling and entertaining bout for virtually all boxing fans though.
If Crawford was in his early 30's then I think he'd Win pretty decisively versus Ennis, but being that Crawford is going on 37, he's very likely not in his prime anymore, but still, this is a Great Bout and Extremely Competitive, and If Ennis won, it wouldn't shock me by any means. It'd be by a very close decision. There is No Way that he'd win in dominant fashion, even versus an aged out Crawford.
