Attention NOSCOUTINGREPORTS

An Unparalleled offer is yours for the taking.....

You name how we square off, both, either just one pairing. We will accept any offer as we never duck, not ever, not once.

However should you blatantly duck our sensible suggestion. We do have an alternate plan.

We will go full Local Loco on a few home town kids.

Battling Bivens will face Alabama Kid
Battling Maxo will face Kid Norfolk

Since Hopkins ignored Qawi's offer, we suggest

Bob Foster

to face Dwight Muhammad.

Two World Championship opportunities still available this week, Qawi cannot fight for one - but if he and the lowest-ranked challenger do agree to pair off, then it really clears up the title picture for this week.

I believe Foster has been offered the rematch with Spinks.

I think his moment to win was last fight, but it was a good read and i can never pass up a title opportunity, so sign it up! If Bob can just stay on his feet, the possibilities!

Bob Fitzsimmons will fight Jurgen Braehmer if nobody else is gonna step up. That being said.

We'll accept any remaining managed fighters' challenge should somebody step up, but I suspect they won't.

Foster wants no part of Qawi. Let Dwight whoop your Bob.

This Quawi statement of eligibility assumes that the WBO conforms with the IBF, WBA and WBC on this matter.

However, The WBO is an independent organization not bound by the rules of institutional norms. So I must wait to see who is the rightful opponent in this case, lest I run a fight that would be considered a no contest in the wake of a rule infraction...or jumping the gun on an independent organization.

The WBO could authorize Spinks to fight on steroids if they wanted.....it's up to them. In fact I'm guessing that's exactly how Kevo is having this much success. It can't be based on good solid work ethic and high moral fiber!!!

It can be sanctioned for the WBA Championship - as long as both fighters agree...
