Michael Spinks offers a shot to either Bob Fitzsimmons or Billy Conn, the only two men to beat him. Both are coming off losses, but are still worthy of a title shot imo.

What say you WBO commish?

Gibbons will narrowly win/lose to whoever wants to fight him this week.

Currying favor and cutting deals with a sanctioning body eh? How bout your boy's glove wraps before his recent fight with Rosenbloom? Any favors asked or given in that scenario? You know....like something that might cut up an opponents face during the course of a fight? Mighty suspicious that Max gets his title challenge stopped on cuts after we take the fight on short notice. His face is as tough as leather, and typically holds up even under a meat cleaver....yet Spinks pitty pats a few glove brushes across Max's mug, and all of a sudden out of nowhere he's pizzafaced! Something rotten about this unholy alliance between the WBO and Kevo and the Sphincter. Investigations are warranted. Our people will be dropping by with questions.

Billy Conn doesn't belong anywhere near a title opportunity at this point. If anything, offer Fitz the shot, assuming the WBO is willing to look past his loss last week.

In all honesty, our IBO champ Sam Langford deserves an opportunity.... :TU:

Yeah Conn was bamboozled last week, we still have the objective for him to become World Champion this season, but it definitely won't be this week.
Conn does want to fight a managed opponent - so he is open to offers, first come first served...

Both fighters will still be in the top 15 when the rankings are made public. At the WBO we care more about the fighters overall record and talent, not just their most recent performance. However there managers are free to decline the shot. And perhaps for the sake of their fighters that may be a better management decision.

Langford would love a shot at Tunney. Gene needs to face a black fighter and Sam is the man who he should face. Don't draw the colour line again Gene. Do what is right.

Gene vs Sam for the IBF, Lineal and IBO Belts would make it tasty....a unification of sorts, that is if the IBO (Mr Geto) and Lineal parties (The Commish's) give their blessings.

Failing that, a shot at the IBF can go to either Moorer or EMM.

Johnson is out for revenge for both Charles and Gene and wants to take on Braehmer, really.

A tough ask but its what Betty Boo Promotions does......there is a title shot in the offing vs Moore, which is also a rough, tough fight.

Difficult and tantalising, a fight vs the surprise package, Braehmer or the destructive Moore?? Choices, choices....

Depends. If the above is not agreeable (the unification), then Sam should take on Moore (WBC) if he wants a shot, Gene can offer a shot to either Moorer or EMM (IBF) and Johnson vs Braehmer.

Clear as mud lol.

Some feedback and we can go from there.....Bob Stardust is waiting for that call.....

Langford is no longer the IBO champion. He has been stripped because of his ranking. The lineal title is what every fighter wants anyway.

Langford is hoping for a fight with Tunney. His defeat to Moore was quote recent. I suspect the two may meet in the MDT though.

In the last week before the MDT, where it'll be the majority of the managed fighters, the Muhammad Gang is willing to take on a couple of the CPU rematches.

Eddie Mustafa books Philadelphia Jack O'Brien.

Dwight Qawi signs against Henry Hall.

BUT...

Since there's a title offer from Gene Tunney, Eddie is always ready to accept it. If the negotiations fail, Eddie fights O'Brien.

With the tournament about to start, Steve Shuffleshits decided to keep Langford as the IBO champ.

In the case of an unstoppable force (Spinks fists) vs an unloveable object (Maxie’s grim visage) there’s only gonna be one winner.

So that kind of puts to bed that one, P4P, for now.

If Gene can keep his belt, looks like unifications will be done as per the Commish's above comment.

So Gene will offer the IBF shot to EMM and Johnson will take on Braehmer
.
We're 0-1 vs DrDuke, plus we lost the WBA title in that

Let's see if we can avoid a repeat, this time. Good luck!

Shuffleshits demands answers!

Langford has done a great job representing the IBO. No main belt is being unified, just a minor title with the IBF strap. The lineal belt was always a bunch of shyt anyway. No reason for this great matchup not to happen!
