fight even on your card going into the last round

fighter a clearly gets the better of the round, usually you'd score it 10-9 for them

but thinking about it, you realize you've been too generous to fighter A in earlier rounds, and fighter B should actually be ahad by a few

since the fight comes down to this last round, do you give it to A just for the round, or B for what you think would be the better result?

In this hypothetical scenario, I'd like to believe I'd keep my integrity as a judge and give the round to fighter A. Mistakes happen as an official, but trying to correct them after the fact by making a deliberately wrong call usually ends up compounding the issue.

In reality, I'd just give it to whoever the home fighter was anyway, keep myself on the gravy train

Score the fight on individual rounds. Once a round is done forget about it and score the next.
