Gibbons would like to take on Beibut Shumenov

Nobody has told me whether or not Fernando Zuniga is available to fight in plain English so I'm gonna assume he is.
Re: LHW SEASON WEEK 20 MATCHUPS (MDT Week 5)
Not sure he is available...but Bivins is..........I'll search again for the runaway fella......or at least I think Shumenov was missing last time I looked. I'm about to run fights......I'll wait for your response on this one....once you decline a shellacking....Bivins will search the pantry for another tomato can. lol

Yipes....Archie Moore is booked for 2 fights this week? That's complicated...as I already ran one of them. And I've really tried to avoid additional fights..as it skews the database.......if it must be it must be....but for fighters at the top....it's a huge skew to the point competiition. We should try to avoid that....unless we want to ignore the performance points aspect.

Hmm...maybe he was having a "moment"? Well as I look at things it seems the other fight was more important...or at least unavoidable. So I"m not sure what happened there. Once I get clarity...we'll do what we must to make things right...even if it means an extra fight.
AFTER the MDT of this season.......things will be very strict and narrow as we whittle this season down to it's fine point. I think we can finalize in less than 30 events total. At that point....I'd love to do another season after a reasonable break. Learned a lot this season....planning to parlay the lessons, and improve things in the next season.
And I do very much like the idea of a few independent sanctioning bodies.
Also at the end of the MDT..and the posting of performance points. we could possibly allow for managers to swap out one fighter if they wish. I would imagine a draft lineage in reverse of the initial ones might be sensible. Or a lottery based approach could be utilized as well. I will be keeping both my fighters...but if others wish to swap, I think we could allow for that. Unless their is a groundswell of indignation at the very thought. lol. So if your fighter has been drunk and unruly, or aging out, or suffered a serious head injury....you could consider a fresh horse. From the pool of the unmanaged. Just a suggestion......
