I've Munguia 1 up after 6, but Canelo looking stronger. He'll be ahead with the judges.

Mungia needs to go for it here. The judges will never give him it

Level after 7 for me, and Canelo is starting to show signs of fading, but Munguia more so.

I've Canelo a round ahead now. He's tired but so physically strong, and finding the better shots.

tbh this is canelo pretty clear for me, but he's looking poor by his standards. slower and less accurate. looks more winded than usual at this point

I feel the theme so far is that Munguia's landing the volume, Canelo the quality. Depends what you prioritise, and I'm changing my mind between rounds!

i think it's a decent fight, munguia having success not many have had vs canelo for a while. a lotta of the rounds are reasonably close, even though canelo is clearly ahead

I know I'll be in the minority for having it tight after 10, but 88-82's crazy.

Canelo does seem in control less punches but more accurate and dangerous

i think you could give mung up to 4 rounds, so can see it as close as 96-93, although if you give canelo the swing rounds it can be as wide 98-91, seems wrong but round by round i can see it

If Munguia has a big R12 it could be a draw for me. 5+ to Canelo on the cards.

I've Canelo by a couple. Munguia had a really good go and I felt landed more, but lacked Canelo's authority of power and crisp delivery. Would've been very interesting if he had more pop, I think.

Benavidez and retire.

Unless he beat Benny and wanted the Bivol-Beterbiev winner.

An expected UD win for Canelo but wasn't straightforward. Wasn't particularly close, for me, either.

All round, a bit predictable.

116-111 Alvarez for me, good effort from Munguia, was aggressive but not gung ho, used the jab to the head to set up combinations to the body, left himself open in the 4th when Canelo dropped him with a sweet uppercut, took it well Munguia tbf, Canelo blocked a lot of his work and while Munguia was out throwing him he was bringing the accuracy and the effective punching, Canelo's body attacks worked well too and his work to the head was far better,, Canelo might not have set the world alight but it was a clear win against a good unbeaten fighter, Canelo still top 5 p4p, solid fight
