2. The title must be defended against someone in the top 10 of the WBO ratings.
....2a. If approval is given by the WBO the title may be defended against someone in the top 15.
........2b. Only the top 15 rankings will be published weekly. If a fighter is wishing to defend against a fighter who is not in the top 10 but is likely in the top 20 a formal request to the WBO asking for that fighters official WBO ranking must be sent via pm along with the processing fee. The WBO will publicly state that fighters WBO ranking to ensure all rankings remain honest and open.
............2c. The WBO reserves the right to suspend mandatory defences while major tournaments are taking place and in unforeseen circumstances.
................2d. The WBO may relax mandatory defence for unified or undisputed champions at its own discretion. The WBO will also review requests sent via pm along with the processing fee.
....................2e. A fighter can not make consecutive defences against a fighter ranked outside of the top 15 but ranked 20th or better.
3. Championship bouts will be held over 12 x 3 minute rounds.
....3a. The champion may request 15 round bouts for any defence. The WBO will have final approval.
........3b. Championship bout requests for bouts for more than 15 rounds will require approval from the SimRing Commissioner along with WBO approval.
4. The champion of a WBO affiliate - North American Boxing Organisation, Asia and Pacific Boxing Organisation (APBO), Central American Carrbean and South American Boxing Organisation (CACSBO), European Boxing Organisation (EBO) and African Boxing Organisation (ABO) are guaranteed a top 15 ranking.
....4a. WBO affiliate championships will be contested over 10 rounds unless a request is sent to the WBO via pm along with processing fee. Approval will be at the WBO's discretion, both camps agreeing to the change in length will heavily influence the WBO's discretion.
........4b. Vacant WBO affiliate title fights can both be offered by the WBO or requested by a fighters camp. A request may come from the two camps who have already agreed to a fight and wish to obtain a WBO ranking with a win. Requests may come via pm with the processing fee from an unmatched fighters camp whereby the WBO shall give the requester an option of no more that 3 opponents rated within that affiliate.
............4c. WBO affiliate championships may be unified.
5. The WBO International Championship will be guaranteed a top 5 WBO ranking. 5 successful consecutive defences of the WBO International championship will guarantee a shot at the WBO World Championship as the mandatory challenger.
....5a. The WBO International Championship may be unified with any WBO affiliate or 'minor' world championship.
6. Championship bouts ending in a draw will require an immediate rematch.
....6a. Immediate rematches will be scheduled over 15 rounds to make a successive draw less likely.
........6b. If the challenger declines the immediate rematch, it will not be enforced. A request via and the processing fee to become the next mandatory challenger after a tune up bout may be granted at the WBO's discretion.
............6c If the champion declines he will be immediately stripped and the challenger will have the opportunity to contest the vacant title against the WBO International Champion.

With Spinks successfully defending his title against Mundine in week 10 he will have to fight his mandatory challenger in week 11. The WBO’s #1 ranked contender is Harry Greb, however not all fights have taken place yet so rankings could change before week 11.

Whoever it is, Spinks will beat them, and then crack open a couple of cans of ice cold, crisp and refreshing Fosters™️

There is currently no WBO International Champion.
If you have a fight in mind, this is the place to raise it.

Well, seeing as Tunney cannot get going, how about him v Mate Parlov for the WBO International Title?

If he wins, could be the springboard he needs. Then again, the way this season has gone for him, he could just as easily lose, too.

Of course, all redundant as there a fair few fighters ahead of the pair of them, so if other, higher ranked guys want it, they should have 1st choice.

Tunney needs more CPU opponents as his form has been dodgy, at best.

How about as a springboard Tunney fights an American such as Leroy Brown for the NABO championship which comes with an automatic top 15 WBO rating and we look at lining up a International Championship fight in the near future. I'm not sure Gene is ready for a guaranteed top 5 rating at this stage of the season given his results.

Rankings updated after the week 10 fights.

Greb is the WBO's #1 contender and as such will take his shot as Spinks mandatory challenger.

I know you asked for some special fights....I'm happy to oblige as it sounded like you were going to use pool opponents. I'd like to run such fights under 10 rounds if you don't mind. It will give us a chance to see how some under utilized fighters can be assessed....and the shorter rounds will be easier to run. I'll post only outcomes not details. And I will place them in the WBO thread. Can you remind me of the fights you wanted to see? Sadly 3 is the only amount of odd rounds I can run....otherwise it's 6 or 8. Maybe 3 is a good option? Less chance of draws?

I'll add a few to get 8 fights. You may do as you wish with them within the WBO....and they will be of course be building performance points. These will be 3 rounds. And could be considered for Lineal options depending on how Crease and I feel we can process it.

So....Spinks has no fight.......Greb fought a tomato can for "overtrained" week. And the WBO has a vacant belt...or that is the way it seems. Kevo needs to get some sort of fight for Spinks ....and the WBO is free to manage it's affairs as messy as they seem currently.

Spinks will need to update us soon. or face two opponents in Week 12. I will soon publish the performance points.....even if Spinks has not fought, (worst case scenario) It will sort itself in week 12 I"m sure.

The WBO are giving Spinks and Kevo a chance to keep his championship. It is clear he didn't want to face Greb and who can blame them. Now that Greb is out of the picture Kevo may prefer to keep the title.

If the title is indeed vacant, a title fight will take place in week 12 between the 2 highest ranked available contenders.

I will add four more names.....and this will be a WBO sponsored tournament special event which will be publically posted. Perhaps the winner will prove himself to be Lineal or WBO challenger potential.

Sounds like the WBO will be following the same path as the WBC, WBA and IBF as it pertains to the MDT? I need to know in order to set the fights up under your guidelines.
