This one was was brought up here before but let's see whether the perception changed after Usyk's win over Fury.
Could Vitali's awkwardness throw Usyk off?
I don't recall Vitali fighting a lot of southpaws. JC Gomez, Corrie Sanders. Who else?
So, how this one goes?

Prime on Prime, I think Vitali wins a UD. An unpopular opinion given the hero worship based on Usyk recent win but Vitali was a smart fighter who would use his size and strength better than Fury, IMO, and outpoint Uysk
Re: Oleksandr Usyk vs Vitali Klitschko
I'd pick Usyk even before Fury. Vitali would be opened for Usyk even more than Fury. His angles and head-movement were poor. His style was more primitive. Barely Vitali would surprise Usyk with anything. Usyk is faster, smarter, more agiile and has a better arsenal.
Usyk by UD.

The only way Vitali could win is a knockout.DrDuke wrote: ↑29 May 2024, 00:06 I'd pick Usyk even before Fury. Vitali would be opened for Usyk even more than Fury. Usyk is a more complete fighter and I'd pick him with scores around 116-112
