Loughran will offer the first shot at his two belts to Gene Tunney. Both could use a big win before Super Six voting, plus Loughran just beat his stablemate Johnson, albeit on cuts in a razor close fight at the time of stoppage.

If either of those two should pass on the fights, we'll offer to our second options.
Tunney accepts, Geto. We have had a couple of unsatisfactory endings, so appreciate the gesture.
It seemed right, with the Johnson fight ending on a cut, to offer it to your camp. Plus a few fights between the two with not the clearest of outcomes.

Ezzard Charles will offer a title shot to any worthy opponent who wants it, If there's nobody left, he'd like to avenge his loss to Jurgen Braehmer from earlier in the season.

Fitzsimmons will take on anybody that's not booked already, and if nobody wants it, he'll take on Carl Augustine.

Langford will take on Fitz if that is OK with you.
I was thinking of throwing Greb or Langford in with Ezzard this week but both those guys are likely to be in the super six and will give Charles the beating off a lifetime then.

Langford vs Fitz sounds like a great bout. Consider it signed.

And yes I think Greb vs Charles may as well be saved for the Super Six.

RJJ and BHop will look to avenge two CPU losses earlier in the campaign with a rematch double header this week, against Mike McCallum & Virgil Hill respectively.

I would, normally, throw Johnson into this...but with Tunney unlikely to make the cut for the Super Six, tossing Johnson into a dangerous fight like this now could potentially, eliminate him too, which would be a shame as he has, for the most part, outdone Gene, which has surprised me.

Johnson will take on Mehdi Sahnoune.

IMO only the top 5 ranked guys at the moment are almost locks for the super six, from 6-8 it is a pickem IMO. Tunney having the titles now has probably solidified his case and like Langford has overcome a disastrous start to the season with a very strong run of good wins and few losses.

Billy Conn will... Think this might be a bit of a lamb to the slaughter job, but he's got got 10 fingers and 10 toes, so ya never know.

Mr Kevo never stated a cpu preference in his earlier correspondence in the thread and as we know he is a daring man, let's pair these boys up.

With Charles locked into the Super Six, Murphy’s law says that Conn will win and the lineal title will not be involved in the final tournament

Oh dear....I ran this fight.....I didnt' notice the fine print. Hmm....maybe Spinks and Rosenbloom can vie for further glory in 26.....though we have appealed to the WBO for consideration in what we feel is a very odd set of circumstances worthy of deliberation.
