used to be late 20s my AHI, 15 normally now when mask is tight and working. Used to be higher when I was 3 stone heavier when competing.

116-112 Massey, good fight, thought halfway through the 1st we were in for another Chamberlain stinker, they were holding but it developed into a good scrap, I've gotta say I thought Massey was excellent, his timing and accuracy were key as well as his judgment of distance, he won the battle of the jabs, put combinations together, the jab/cross/hook worked a treat, Chamberlain couldn't get going until the second half, then started landing the left hook downstairs, he hurt Massey with it in the 8th and Massey was looking ragged, looked like Chamberlain might be getting to him but Massey got his second wind and he finished in the driving seat, Chamberlain's eye was near closed and Massey was landing the right constantly, thoroughly deserved win for Massey
