Ezra went then, nearly had him, but a strong points win. Ezra marketed himself into the fight. No one will hear from Ezra again. And Ben moves on, good rounds for him vs a person whose verbal hyperbole was not matched by physical performance.

Whittaker has fast hands, good skills and is elusive, but as others have said, without power I'm not sure he's ever going to essential viewing, he needs more than clowning, it gets dull.

if you watch bruce carrington's last few fights, that's how a top prospect should deal with outclassed opponents, regardless of being a puncher or not. whittaker's stuff is just silly a lot of the time and not impressing me like other hyped dudes have
needs to be matched vs a tougher opponent who will force him into boxing more seriously .

Can’t help but feel he’s been moved slowly for an Olympic medalist? 2 years into his career and he’s just done his first 10 rounder against someone who’s fought 3 opponents with winning records, 27 isn’t exactly a baby either you’d expect he’d be around his physical peak now

Ezra will get a WBO pentecostal Euro shot in the copper boxSeanBrennan wrote: ↑15 Jun 2024, 17:10 Ezra went then, nearly had him, but a strong points win. Ezra marketed himself into the fight. Whittaker ain't doing sheet in this division at the top .
The Nigerian lad was so crude and slow and apart from the last 20 seconds couldn't put a dent in a rank amateur.
Also the crowd were absolutely silent, hardly entertaining.

ya, olympic silver, supposed super talent shoulda been moved more ambitiously than this. a tougher opponent could be the key to bringing out a more serious performance too

Did Riakorhe really sell 15,000 tickets? Is he a ticket seller?

Close first round. Excellent advice from Shane in CBA corner. Richard grabby.

CBS is the much busier boxer. Riakhpore's jab is the most effective weapon so far.
Riakhpore will need to step us the pace to keep up with CBS otherwise he's going to struggle on the judge's scorecards.

Not a lot of devil in Riakporhe is there.
Re: Round-by-Round: Chris Billam-Smith vs. Richard Riakporhe II | Sky Sports - 15 June 2024
Starting to wonder how tough Riakhpore's weightcut was... He's grabbing a lot and not throwing loads yet it's only early.

What a contrast to Fury's corner a few weeks ago ehSeanBrennan wrote: ↑15 Jun 2024, 17:42 Close first round. Excellent advice from Shane in CBA corner. Richard grabby.

Re: Round-by-Round: Chris Billam-Smith vs. Richard Riakporhe II | Sky Sports - 15 June 2024
Billam-Smith has got to be 5-0 up hasn’t he? Looks pretty comfortable to me at this stage.
