Kaisy Khademi vs Ryan Farrag

Post by handsofstone »

For the vacant Commonwealth Super Flyweight title on B/Nation YouTube page tomorrow night from half 6, happy days, think this is first time I've seen Khademi not fighting Ijaz Ahmed, a loss and 2 draws, saw Farrag lose to Braithwaite in his last fight for this same belt, I thought he was unlucky on the cards that night, expect a good 12 round tussle here

thanks for sharing this did nor know allegedly were showing boxing again.

do you know if the entire card is being televised? There are 9 fights including a heavyweight match up.

I've no idea mate but id assume seeing as the shows being streamed on YouTube they'll show it all

Ive got it 116-112 Farrag, could've had it wider tbh, Khademi is a slick boxer, he's quick, moves well and can land snappy single shots but he's incredibly light hitting and with his style it doesn't do anything for me, he has very little interest in offence and rarely holds his feet when throwing, Farrag was aggressive from the off, caught Khademi with a couple of left hooks in the 1st and was landing the right hand by the 2nd, Khademi looked to be finding his range in the 3rd but tailed off again, he fought in spurts, Farrag was busier forced the action and bullied Khademi ,had success with the uppercuts on the inside, on the rare occasions Khademi had Farrag on the ropes, he'd throw a few shoeshine punches then back off to the other side of ring, he done a lot of wandering conserving energy it looked, Farrag a clear winner for me,

I agreed with the decision, enjoyed watching a allegedly card and was good to have GAD's involvement.
