Event#29 Hopkins vs Braehmer....Johnson vs EMM.....Moorer vs Fitz......IBOchamp Foster vs Qawi
Re: Event#29 Hopkins vs Braehmer....Johnson vs EMM.....Moorer vs Fitz......IBOchamp Foster vs Qawi
Great IBO run from Foster. His chin lets him down again, in a fight he was easily winning. Shuffleshits will listen to fighters looking for an IBO shot next week and give it to the best possible fight.
How in the world did one judge have the fight for EMM?
Johnson clearly won 7 rounds and could have won the other two got a total of 9 rounds.
Moorer is a bit unlucky to not have the ref wave it off in the 5th round. A draw, again, seemed like a fair result.
I thought Hopkins edged it. Tough draw to take against a much tougher than expected Braehmer this season.

Johnson did a good job with surviving after getting hurt.
Qawi is a beast.

Braehmer has proved a tricky foe this season, thought BHop pinched it but there we go.

Fitz/Moorer ends in yet another draw, and I think we'll just leave it at that for the season between Fitz and Moorer.
Hopkins earning a draw over Braehmer who has constantly been a thorn in my side is a bit annoying as my guys both lost to him
I propose here and now for Week 30 as it seems appropriate.
Charles will be fighting Archie Moore. His arch rival for the season to settle the score once and for all as their record stands as 2-2 heading into what will be their 5th and final bout.
Well for Fitz. His Arch Rival for this season has been Harold Johnson with whom there is a record of 1-1-1. I propose Fitz and Mr. Johnson have it out once and for all in Week 30, and both of my fighters end the season against their most bitter rivals.

For a split, hazy few seconds I thought EMM was going to repeat his 1st KO round win. On this occasion Johnson came firing back. The split verdict was a bit farcical. Thought Johnson took, at least 7 to 8 rounds there. Still, EMM proved to a tough, worthy opponent.
Hahaha Braehmer strikes again, though, this time, I felt he was a bit fortunate to receive a draw.
Moorer and Fitz in another, blasting draw. Some good battles between those two.
Foster's renaissance comes to an end, in a fight he was winning. Qawi pulls it out the bag.
