During Jimmy Sains fight last night, Matchroom & Dazn had played the England vs Switzerland game above them on the big screen. I can’t help but feel this is extremely disrespectful. Both me risking their lives for the entertainment of the fans & they put the football on instead.
What are other opinions on this ?
England game on whilst Jimmy Sains was boxing.

Yep it's a pisstake. Imagine going to a football match and they were showing a rugby game on the big screens!

Pretty sure I saw Eddie on the F1 grid too. Which is fine (if I’m right). Why show other events whilst your guys are boxing?
Have I missed something?

They told fans attending that they’d be showing the football. The first fight was before the football and they planned to have a 4 rounder at half time, no fights taking place during the second half and the main boxing starting once the football finishes.
Obviously extra time and pens changed that.
I get what they did. I’d they didn’t show the footy then some people who bought tickets wouldn’t go and it would impact late ticket sales.
It’s not a great look having the football on whilst people are boxing but the other choice is him not fighting as they can’t really start the show an hour later than planned. I suppose they could have had fight at 4pm in front of no one but again that’s not great either.
