I was gonna sign up for a month on the basic package, But then saw that it says it says that doesn't include the Olympics Games. You need the standards package for that, which says that runs to the end of the year?

the 6'6 aussie hw teremoana is a bit of a beast (and looks a tad like a long haired islander tyson fury?). been koing guys left and right even at international level. just knocked out his ukrainian opponent in 1 round. the ukrainian has no other stoppage losses among his 44 fights recorded by boxrec

Just seen Orie lost - the pro Orie commentary was so biased. The Armenian landed 3 big shots in a row and the commentator (discovery) said it was a great combo by Orie lol
Also kept telling us all how the Armenian was exhausted as he was landing punches. It was close, but I thought the decision was right and in no way a walkover by Orie as the commentator was telling us.

Flicking through the channels whilst on me hols in Portugal and found one showing the boxing. 3 times in a row they did the intro's to the men's bouts (including Pat Brown), waited til they were facing off...then switched to the women's bouts!
I did see a 5 second clip of a boxer from Mozambique beating a German and looking like the best boxer i've ever seen.

What a monster!! straight outta land of the giants. Looks like he’s really got it going too, the brave Ukrainian trying to do his best in front of the main man Usyk, just couldn’t handle the weight of shots coming his way.

I checked out the Aussie taking on Jalolov awhile back, while Jalolov looked to be handling him pretty comfortably, that was an absolutely ridiculous stoppage by the ref, who needed a kick up the arse for that shambles.

and another boxer from china. looks like theyd always been allowed to box in women's events until last year, when the iba disqualified them. the iba isnt running this event though so the standards to show eligibility are different and they both passed. my guess is it could be like semenya where its an intersex person who doesnt really fit one sex or the other neatly, and they were brought up as women while having physical advantages of men

looks like Teremoana vs Jalolov in the quarters. wish they met a bit later in the tournament, because I think they're both medal worthy.

jello won their previous fight - an utterly ridiculous stoppage where big t wasn't in any trouble, but nonetheless jelly was clearly leading the fight. Teremoana has improved tremendously since that point though. For reference, around the same time he also lost to the Ukrainian guy he just flattened in 1, and also lost to a Brazilian he's since stopped in 1 round as well.

obv jalo a clear fave, but he was badly hurt and nearly ko'd last year (tbf he somehow came back to win), and i do think he's a tad chinny. torrez also shook him in the first round of their rematch and clark before that. he has the tools to outbox teremoana, but T's improved massively and is a live dog with his big power. very rare to see someone Koing opponents so consistently at this level and he's one of the few who can see eye to eye with jalolov
