I’m an amateur boxer that has my record on here, but I don’t want it public because my boss says I can’t have my name bring up this information when it’s searched up. So it might make me lose my job if I can’t remove it, is there somehow I can delete it?

Why would he sack you for boxing? You'd have serious grounds to sue them for unfair dismissal if that was the case.
