It's tough for me to rate Millett. I remember how unexpectedly easy Gatti handled him on the Mosley-Forrest I undercard. I believe, that was Gatti's first fight under Buddy McGirt. And Gatti actually boxed (!) Millett.

Judah stopped Millett pretty early as well, though had to climb off the canvas (IIRC), as they exchanged knockdown with Zab.
