Why are people engaging with a troll account? It's clearly someone's second account or knows nothing about boxing and is just here spouting shit to get a reaction

Dubois joins Ken Norton as the only heavyweight champ never to win a championship fight.
(Although didn’t he also have some interim belt form beating Trevor Bryan!!!?)

Yes agree, think DD might just have the better chin ( Alarming as all those right hands he’s been taking were, I doubt Joshua would’ve taken them so well )
so the experts are picking AJ 19-1? that’s great news for DDD, I think he’s nailed on to win with that ratio.
Yes, Joshua has everything going for him in this fight, bigger punch, size, huge experience, A side fighter, momentum….he’s gotta be favourite, but I’ve got a feeling DD will catch and shake him early, with a jab maybe, and then it’s anyone’s fight and DD could well pull off a shock here.

I think AJ will win and hope he does but am not sure who will.
What have people made of the stuff regarding DDD's father? Will it affect him?
Spencer F has been very vocal on it. His dad does sound like a controlling nightmare, although it is his boy fighting.
And as ever with me again, does anyone know the purses?

Been lurking on this site for a number of years but I’ll never understand this guys obsession with someone he clearly doesn’t like. I presume they’re an adult too…
Hoping for an AJ win but I like DD. You can easily forget he’s quite young and even if he did lose, plenty of time to rebuild and come again

I read £7m base for AJ and £3.5m base for Dubois.
Then PPV’s buys can push AJ to up to £25m and Dub up to £10m or so.
Don’t take my word for it.

Re: Anthony Joshua vs. Daniel Dubois | PPV - 21 September 2024
I actually give Dub something like a 40% chance in the first 2, falling to 20% if he hasn't hurt AJ thereafter.
I'm not discounting a 'Ruiz' if Dub's hurt following a period of AJ dominance. I just think AJ wins without any big moments of complacency or bravado, likely in a dull fashion. Any win's paramount at this stage. Remains to be seen what Dub can do if he's made to lead, given their respective attributes.
I feel he's best on the counter when opponents let him hover on his limits of range, so gotta favour AJ on the backfoot, unless he's drawn into mistakes by the all-British buzz. Less needle than he shared with Whyte though. Might be a lacklustre 116-112er.
Let's make that my prediction, shall we. He says in a Holdsworth voice, hoping to jinx it into a barnstormer.

Ruiz is a good point, both of these guys have quit in huge fights so a decent bit of success could lead to either of them baiing without getting as far as a KO.
Id guess DDDs quit threshold is lower than AJs so that has to be a big plus.
