Rob McCracken all day, every day for me. Been there, done it, but never makes it about himself. Always carries himself with class and dignity IMO.

Chris Sanigar - flies under the radar as he’s Bristol-based but has always struck me as a good, passionate guy who genuinely cares about his fighters.

Matt Christie - best-ever editor of Boxing News IMO. Was willing to speak truth to power and has handled his exit from BN in a dignified way. Always comes across as a humble, down-to-Earth guy who wants the best for the sport he loves.

Honourable mentions - Duke McKenzie, tris Dixon and James Cook.

He doesn't know what he's talking about, he picked Dubois to beat AJ. Crazy fool.

x 2 and also Porky. I like George Groves too, very dry funny guy who made money and won a world title and retired young.
I've definitely warmed to GG. I enjoy his take on things.
Love George. He never gave up on his goal to be a world champion, and just grafted his way into succeeding.
His fight with Eubank Jr was epic, the final minutes fighting one armed were gutsy to say the least.

I think Groves has a nasty side. He hides it quite well. Degale, Frochand other sparring partners really dislike him

They just talked, there's a rivalry there, but they were respectful and friendly.

Old age mellows you I guess. But Degale had such dislike for Groves

WHY????

I find him thoroughly unlikeable. You'd think he'd be happy after Dubois' big win but no..
The comments section under here is comedy gold lol.

I remember after David Haye broke his jaw. Don Charles was bitter about it a decade later and kept talking about how he wanted his revenge and promised he would get his revenge. He's a weirdo. He refused to talk to Haye when Haye was managing Chisora.

I thought Haye whacking him was a bit over the top.
But Don claims he built every fighter he has had from the beginning… ‘unlike other trainers who were just given fighters’… er like you were given Dubois?? And Buglioni? Who has he trained apart from Chisora who he had I think from the beginning as a pro?
