His socials have gone really strange today. They're usually quite calm when he's not in charge of them.

Martin Bakole likely to feature on undercard of rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury

Martin Bakole is set to be rewarded for his sensational summer knockout of Jared Anderson by fighting on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk-Tyson Fury II, according to his promoter Ben Shalom.

“Hopefully we have a big fight to announce in December,” Boxxer’s Shalom told BS. “I hope on the undercard of the rematch between Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury in Saudi Arabia on December 21.

When asked if the opponent was Zhilei Zhang, who stopped Deontay Wilder in June, Shalom wouldn’t reveal further details.

“I don't want to say too much,” he said. “We'll see what happens. It's been a whirlwind for Martin. We've had to be so patient. To me, he's the most feared man in the division. He's a guy that no one wants to fight.

“Riyadh Season has made impossible fights possible. Thank God the fight against Anderson happened. It was a statement win on a big platform. We knew what was coming, but he announced himself to the world that night. I believe he can beat everyone in the division.”

Congo’s Bakole (21-1, 16 KOs), 31 years old, fought for the first time in the United States in August and stopped Anderson during a one-sided demolition, knocking down the then-undefeated American heavyweight prospect three times en route to a fifth-round technical knockout win.

Hopefully it's Parker, Kabayel or Zhang. I wouldn't be that disappointed by Ajagba for the African belt or something. Perhaps a rematch vs Hunter? Anyone else would seem very underwhelming.

Looking at Fury’s Instagram page he’s hinting that he’s going to come in heavy, around the 20 stone mark.

His previous fights at around 20 stone were: Ngannou, Wilder 2 &3, Seferi and Abell. McDermott 2 was not far off that too. Based on those I'd think he's either going to go in there and try and blast him away or he isn't putting the work in.

I guess depends if 20 stone of blubber or he’s hitting the weights and coming in stronger and heavier. Or could be a load of rubbish and he ends up coming in even lighter than before lol.

It's strange to me that when quite often when he's either not in camp or a few months away from a fight, TV people pay him compliments on how he's looking in great shape. Then come fight night he's got plenty of spare fat.

I think that’s just his body type but he’s got to be in decent shape to go 12 rounds and be up on his toes in the final round.

Yeah, but when he flurries, he needs a break. No way in the world all that fat improves his game.

Personally feel like this might be a step too far for him but he's surprised me twice in a row so far so who's to say he can't do it again.
