Dull as dishwater .
Chorley is an inbred town so anyone from there who achieves anything is really something.

Taylor 2 was a very good fight and this wasn't too bad. Catterall is a top fighter, massively underrated.

Do you not think he could have stopped Prograis late ?

It seemed like he took mercy on him when he was falling all over the ring to me.

Same as 1 really.
Great fun, close and competitive but Flint rightly won by a few rounds.

Good old BBC - On the undercard, Campbell Hatton was unable to avenge his defeat by Jimmy Joe Flint. The younger brother of former world champion Ricky Hatton was beaten by unanimous verdict in front of his home Manchester crowd. :OhYes:

People will argue that Catterall should have two wins over Taylor and now this win over Prograis. Surely we need to see Catterall against Haney or Lopez. At least a title shot for one of the other belts.

That'll be down to Reece Bretherton amazing coach. Trained at Chorley ABC as a kid for a year then trained at various clubs as I moved around for uni and work. No coach came close.

Had it 115-110 for Catterall, bit of a stinker with the odd pangs of excitement thrown in, it was 2 skilled southpaws wary of taking chances, could've been a fair few even rounds, both relying on jabs mainly, Prograis found the opening in the 5th when a jab had Catterall touching down, looked like Prograis was starting to pull away but Catterall had a huge 9th, two knockdowns, two huge lefts had Prograis down, Catterall never pressed for a KO, kind of fell away again down the stretch, not a classic but fair play to Catterall he's a winner
