The rematch of their controversial 1st fight, that was scheduled to take place in May of 2012 in Las Vegas. As you probably remember, it was scratched after Peterson failed the PED test.
Khan faced Danny Garcia instead. While Peterson, on his part, later proved his innocence to IBF (whose title remained in Peterson's possession), but wasn't able to convince the WBA (who stripped Peterson of their title and put it on the line in Khan-Garcia bout).
