Really bad, it was embarrassing. Tyson didn’t look right walking into the ring with his knee strapped up, probably injured from training. I think I could’ve beat Tyson based on that without even training lol.

I didn’t watch, did Jake carry him? Looki my at mikes build and training footage I have him next to zero chance to go the distance if Paul tried.
So either Paul carried him if I was very wrong…and Paul’s even worse than I thought.

Quite possibly. Though Paul landed quite a few that had Tyson looking troubled. The 14oz gloves evidently helped Mike.

He carried him, could have ended it at any point.

He definitely carried him, Tyson was pretty much stationary from the start, he hardly moved so Paul could’ve unloaded on him but didn’t. If he went in hard I reckon it would’ve ended like the Holyfield vs Belfort fight.

Everyone sounds so bored with it. They all just gave the most flat and perfunctory answers.

Should have starched him then. Best way to get paid is to be hated haha.

Well, best thing I can say about this is that Tyson at least goes out on his feet rather than on his stool, and 20m richer.

And who was that lead commentator? What a helmet.

Mauro Ranallo was the head commentator. Roy Jones and Rosie Perez were with him. I've always found Mauro pretty annoying as well.

I will say that while the Taylor vs Serrano 2 fight was good, Serrano was robbed and Katie Taylor is a shining example of why Women's Boxing sucks. She's widely recognized as one of Women's Boxings best, and I've never seen her be impressive, and I've never seen her win without a mighty struggle against anyone.

Ramos vs Barrios was easily the best fight of the card. Looked like Barrios was gonna have an easy night through 5, then Ramos hurt him bad and dropped him in the 6th and completely changed the course of the fight. The draw seemed fair, and it was an excellent fight.

I would bet that the Welterweight division, and probably even the Jr. Welterweight division has guys chomping at the bit to get a crack at Barrios. The fact that he struggled so badly against Ramos. Barrios has already been a cherry for Tank to pick. He's somebody else's Cherry, fresh on the vine, just waiting to be picked.

Barrios better hope they do a rematch with Ramos first because that's the only chance he has of making a 2nd successful title defense. Anyone with a name in that weight range will batter him, and take his belt quite easily.

Was able to watch part of Taylor-Serrano 2 as Netflix kept crashing and I thought that Taylor edged it out. She was landing like 2-3 more punches than Serrano in exchanges, especially after the cut. That headbutt was nasty.

((Rewatched the fight and scored it 96-95 Serrano))

As for Tyson-Paul, my netflix basically crashed after round one. I had to go to facebook to find the results. Going the distance with a man almost 60 years old looks bad no matter what. On the basis of the first round it looked like Paul's game plan was just jabbing and clinching. He didn't seem to want to do any exchanges. I'll try to rewatch it at some point.

((Rewatched and seemed obvious from the 3rd round onwards that Tyson was unable to do anything and thank Jesus Christ Almighty God that Paul had the sense not to tee off on Mike Tyson. Very sad to watch.))

The only thing he can do from here is fight Tommy Fury again. Because this whole event did him no favors. If he was a legitimate boxer and not a side show attraction, he would be completely written off by boxing fans. He should be anyway but because of his fan base being YouTube types, he'll still be marketable to them.

Jesus Christ Almighty God bless you all

It was dodgy, it should have been 96-94 x 3 for Taylor.
That was a bullshit point deduction by that clown referee, but the judges have to follow his instructions.
So it was 95-94.
Too many people bought into the biased commentary

Mine crashed during the Taylor-Serrano fight and I ended up watched the Paul-Tyson fight on a Spanish stream. I absolutely love that Netflix failed so hard, serves them right for putting this on.

I think it would have looked even worse had en knocked him out. I don't know where he goes from here. Maybe there's a market for a Froch fight or maybe he decides to actually see how far he can go as a real pro?
