LIke Barb never landed a clean shot on Sean McComb - if they'd wanted to give some1 a dec against him, they could.

Is Barboza punch drunk? I know English may well be his second language but Jesus it’s like listening to Joe Biden at times.

Whenever I see Roberto Garcia I can never not think of the night the 6ft super featherweight beast that was Diego Corrales, brutally relieved him of his IBF title.

C'mon Mags as if you don't know !
Some deep deep talent pool @ LW and Zep levelled out a bit there didn't he ?

Zep will give anyone a good fight, but he's miles behind the next gen in terms of tekkers and you know it.
Zepeda's the fourth best in the world in his division, that's gotta be world class.
Oh yeah, he's solid, but Shak, Mason, Keyshawn, Loma, Tank (?).
If you're a strongman who "can be outboxed" like Zep - that lot are a total nightmare... :o
Mason beat no one and was bounced off the canvas multiple times last fight by a no one? zep is surely around top 5

so the judging thus far seems correct - hope it stays that way for the main event if it goes the distance

I'm finding it hard to pick CBS in this one. Zurdo isn't someone you'd bet your house on, but he's surely got too much in this fight.

Oh yeah now he'd marmalise Mason for sure - he is indeed an IF and Zep is world class.
But you won't be betting on Zep to beat Shak, Tank or Loma without a big price will you...?

It's hard to see anything but a close, tough fight that Zurdo win by decision isn't it ?

Hope I'm wrong tho - CBS so loveable... :box:

I think it's close for a while but CBS gets broken down by the Zurdo jab and possibly stopped.

Now I await CBS to prove me completely wrong (again)

CBS looks gassed and fooked from about R4 every time, but he's no easy stoppage...

Ditto on both points.

Zurdo clearly has a ceiling, but I don't think he'd have struggled as much with CBS's opposition.

But it's a good match up, looking forward to it now.

1-1. Would like to see CBS create openings for the body, Ramirez looks soft down there, worth testing

CBS having a size advantage, appears to be making this a very evenly matched fight so far. Very interesting.

Zurdo found his range for sure then. 1 round each. He does look very soft, agreed.

Closer second round. CBS is doing well on the inside with hooks and counters.

Zurdo is a good watch in the right sort of fight.

Entertaining stuff from both.

2-1 Zurdo I think. War of attrition already.
