Valiant effort from CBS. Opetaia will destroy Zurdo though.

Good fight. Ramirez fought his kind of fight and CBS took a lot of really clean shots. A tough SOB, though. Have to respect that

What a tough bugger CBS is. Ramirez was just too cute for him though, slipping punches, blocking with his elbows and shoulders and using the angles so well.

Why didn't the corner tell him to go to Zurdos body more , the shot in the 10th stopped him in his tracks , not 1 head shot managed to do that .

I had 118-110. But one of the more competitive 118-110's I've seen.

ya it was a good fight. cbs landed a good number of shots himself but his defense was just so porous, zurdo could barely miss and when zurdo landed it was often with super clean head snappers. zurdo though he did get hit rode with the shots much better

Credit to both men and CBS.

Didn’t think he’d end up going the distance after the midway.

I like how CBS put the WBO belt on Zurdo after he was announced the winner.

If Zurdo and Opetaia fight, no one is getting destroyed.

Schooled. It was always a nightmare style for wooden legged CBS. He got turned and walked into punches all night, almost like the old bull and matador.

Agree, although I don't think Zurdo gets stopped.

got to give credit to zurdo for the win - better footwork and all round movement plu he can take a shot - cbs a bit static by comparison .

I don't see it. Ramirez is a totally different proposition to anyone Jay's boxed. I think Zurdo can outwork him and outmanoeuvre him. It could go either way, but I really don't think it's an easy night's work for anyone. I'd have Zurdo as the favourite.
