Heavyweight action from Germany this Saturday, 16-1 Shala's only loss was for the European title whilst Dietz is 13-0 with 12 KOs, 10 in the 1st round

Shala is a waste of time. Just another Senad Gashi.

Terrible performance in the ebu title fight....flopped in 2.

Dietz is a huge 6ft 8 270lbs and has 10 1st round ko's as well as going the 10 rounds distance in beating langberg recently.

Shala doesn't do anything well at all.

Their records are similar but i can't see dietz losing this, shala will just crash into his elbows all night

Shala wins a deserved split decision, one judge had Dietz 116-112 but the others had it 117-111(ditto) and 115-113 for Shala, Dietz is tall upright, very conservative and has a good stiff jab which he uses well but Shala landed all the quality power punches, had success with wide looping shots and has quick hands for a big lad, puts his hands together nicely, anytime Dietz looked to be getting a foothold Shala would fire out bursts to keep him in the driving seat, he caught Dietz with some big shots, well earned win for Shala
