I've read it. It's good. Very modern in the chapters are so small. It's like a TikTok version of a book.

Yeah it's the perfect pick up / put down book, never more than 4 or 5 pages away from a new subject.mickey1975 wrote: ↑23 Jan 2025, 10:08 I've read it. It's good. Very modern in the chapters are so small. It's like a TikTok version of a book.

Re: Around the world in 80 fights
Now finished this book, definitely a recommend for any boxing fan, really enjoyed it. Best chapters for me were the reminiscing over the crazy days of B0xnati0n and the sad story of Jimmy Murray. Also a nice tribute to Bunce's wife at the end. My only real quibbles are the claim McGregor was in control against Mayweather until he ran out of gas (seriously, wtf?) and the not infrequent number of times where Buncey complains about putting his hand in his pocket for someone and then never getting reimbursed. Although I can be pretty tight with money too, so do get where he's coming from
